Apply today!Responsibilities:Keep a record of completed repairs and when equipment was last servicedInspect the building for any structural damage to windows, doors, walls, and perform necessary repairsPlan and implement preventative maintenance procedures to maximize equipment operations and minimize safety risksTake additional maintenance requests as assignedPerform routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as plumbing fixtures, HVAC units, and electrical wiring to ensure optimal performance and make any repairsQualifications:2+ years of maintenance experienceApplicants should have knowledge of air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systemsMust be able to demonstrate advanced understanding of maintenance equipment, techniques and proceduresMust have graduated from high school/received GED or equivalentNeeds to have availability to respond on nights and weekends to on-call maintenance requestsAbout Company:This modern 3-story hotel with beautiful desert landscaping is just down the road from Downtown Summerlin.
