Responsibilities
• Perform essential upkeep tasks throughout the communities• Interact with residents, team members, and vendors• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents• Respond to and resolve work orders• Handle snow removal• Work full-time, Monday through Friday• Take turns responding to on-call emergencies• Earn a weekly on-call stipend
Requirements
• Proof of valid Driver's License in good standing• Proof of current auto insurance• Reliable vehicle• Basic apartment maintenance skills• Personal set of general tools• Live within a 10-mile radius of Park at Fitzsimons Apartments
