Position Title: Maintenance Technician Level II
Location: Zeeland, MI

Responsibilities:
Answer production downtime calls in a timely manner with a focus on positive internal customer service.
Develop and expand skills and knowledge by learning from and working with more experienced maintenance team members.
Troubleshoot faulty equipment to root cause and make quality repairs.
Perform corrective and preventative maintenance on equipment, while documenting work in Maintenance Management System.
Assist in the installation, modification, and relocation of equipment.
Record repairs of faulty equipment.
Keep accurate inventory records.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED.
Active participation in the

Apprenticeship Program or 3+ years manufacturing maintenance experience.
Understanding and knowledge of mechanical, electrical, vacuum, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Standard Timing Model mechanical assessment score equal to or greater than 40%.
Basic Microsoft Office skills.
High level of hand

dexterity/coordination
Ability to stand, remain stationary, and/or move about for 8 hours.
Ability to ascend ladders and traverse multiple building floors and areas.
Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Bending, reaching, squatting, or otherwise positioning body around equipment of varying heights
Must be able to work overtime as needed.
