Responsibilities
• Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions• Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate teams• Collaborate with various departments to resolve customer problems• Support the development and improvement of customer service processes• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved• Update and maintain customer databases• Provide product information and assistance to customers• Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and effective solutions• Assist in training new team members as needed
