Responsibilities
• Performs proactive maintenance, safety, and operational testing and documentation of designated systems and equipment• Assists with maintenance functions at the Cedar Ridge Bethany location• Interacts with a wide variety of personnel in all departments of the company• Provides inpatient and residential treatment services for ages 5-17• Develops and implements effective and compassionate treatment plans for patients• Ensures a clean environment for patients at all times
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required• Associates degree from a college or technical/trade school preferred• 1-3 years of experience in HVAC, Automotive Repair, Maintenance, Plumbing, Electrical & Construction preferred• 2 years of experience in facility maintenance preferred• Must be at least 21 years of age• Successfully complete a drug test• Successfully pass national background check• Valid Drivers License• Must be able to work 8 hours a day, standing and walking for prolonged periods• May be required to work occasional overtime and flexible hours
