Responsibilities
• Performs repairs, enhancements, and maintenance to buildings and grounds• Assists with documentation and inspections for regulatory requirements• Assists staff with special projects and room setups• Moving office furniture, etc.
Requirements
• High school diploma or GED required; Technical education preferred• General experience in electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs and maintenance• Strong painting skills preferred• CPI/CPR Certification training provided upon hire• Oral communication and legible handwriting skills• Ability to concentrate on tasks in high traffic areas• Ability to maintain information as highly confidential• Able to meet deadlines and set priorities• Skills in dealing courteously with the public and patients• Ability to work with minimal supervision• Flexibility
