Responsibilities
• Repairs/replaces apartment material/maintenance requests• Monitors completion of service requests and ensures customer satisfaction• Implements and documents preventative maintenance programs• Completes work per schedule and reports completed units• Assists with repairing hazardous community conditions• Shares on-call responsibilities with maintenance team• Assists with inventory and ordering supplies• Performs other assigned duties
Requirements
• Six months to one-year general maintenance and safety experience• Knowledge of building maintenance and repair and preventative maintenance programs• Basic computer skills• Ability to work independently and prioritize work• Positive, team-oriented attitude• Owns industry-specific hand tools• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
