Responsibilities
• Troubleshoot equipment using knowledge of programmable controllers and circuit analysis• Record maintenance repair activities• Work with PLCs, CNCs, and Multi-Access Robots• Analyze, troubleshoot, modify, and maintain PLC Programs on existing robots• Use basic test equipment• Coordinate troubleshooting efforts• Repair and maintain plant machinery and equipment• Possess a fundamental understanding of electrical, hydraulics, and pneumatic schematics• Strive to reduce downtime• Possess strong interpersonal, problem solving, and communication skills
Requirements
• Associates Degree or equivalent experience• Experience performing maintenance on industrial machinery• Ability to work safely and efficiently• Technical diploma in Industrial Maintenance preferred• Experience working with PLCs, CNCs, and Multi-Access Robots preferred• Knowledge of Siemens, Allen Bradley, and Mitsubishi products preferred• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a production maintenance environment, preferably in the automotive industry• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and ladder logic
