Responsibilities
• Maintain production equipment• Perform repairs on equipment• Install, modify, and relocate equipment as needed• Read and write electrical and electronic schematics/diagrams• Test electrical and electronic equipment• Ensure production schedule is not jeopardized• Follow lock out/tag out procedure• Adhere to work orders and preventive/predictive maintenance systems• Perform preventative/predictive maintenance• Complete electrical and mechanical projects
Requirements
• Able to read wiring diagrams and schematics• Working knowledge of industrial PCs and PLCs• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills• Team-oriented• High attention to detail and follow-through• Willing and able to work rotating shifts• Able to conceive and manage small projects• Minimum 3 years of experience in related role• Preferred: at least 3 years of experience in fast-paced manufacturing/industrial environment• Preferred: certificate from technical trade school or related subject
Key Skills Needed
• Ability to read wiring diagrams, electrical/mechanical/pneumatic/hydraulic schematics, and ladder/function block logic• Working knowledge of industrial PCs and PLCs• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
