• Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance• Assist with root cause analysis• Support production and transfer skills• Maintain regulatory and compliance documentation• Fabricate machine parts as needed• Complete work orders and review equipment instructions• Participate in group activities for line/area performance improvement
Requirements
• High School diploma or GED• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience• Technical training or military training preferred• Ability to work in hazardous conditions and at heights• Basic math and problem-solving skills• Intermediate computer skills• Previous experience in similar manufacturing environment preferred
