Compensation: $25 - $30/hour *depending on experience BENEFITS: Natural Retreats contributes to both employee and dependent premiums

Maternity AND Paternity Leave Medical (Traditional PPO-style plans and High Deductible Plan w/ HSA) Dental Vision Flexible Spending Accounts (medical and dependent care) 401K retirement plan options with 3.5% company match Short and Long Term Disability Insurance (100% company paid) Basic Life Insurance Policy of $50,000 (100% company paid) Supplemental Life Insurance (Employee, Spouse, Child) Cell phone $200 Annual Wellness Benefit ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Perform diversified duties to troubleshoot and/or maintain core home systems and complete basic repairs to interiors and exteriors of homes Paint Repair dry wall Basic construction Move equipment, appliances, furniture, etc. Hot tub servicing Remove items from home for disposal Maintain lawn, walkways, driveways, etc. Diagnose problems, replace, or repair parts, test, and make adjustments Pick up trash Perform regular preventative maintenance in homes Perform a variety of plumbing, maintenance, and carpentry functions Assist housekeeping when needed Perform general maintenance pre-checks prior to owner or guest arrivals Ensure the buildings, grounds, homes, units, and other properties are well maintained Identify the need for and schedule repairs, renovation projects, waste reduction improvements, and safety inspections Manage inventory, monitor usage, and coordinate in the purchasing of materials, supplies, tools, and housekeeping supplies Operate HOA vehicle in a safe, courteous, and professional manner Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the company vehicle Report any maintenance issues and/or accidents immediately EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED Previous experience in a similar role High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum of 2 years' experience in hospitality, property management, and/or management Minimum 2 years' experience with electrical, plumbing, mechanics, and appliance repair, including but not limited to HVAC systems, radiant heating systems, and boiler systems Working knowledge of audio/visual, electrical, plumbing, mechanics and appliance repair Proficiency in technology such as cell phones and basic computer skills Valid driver's license with good driving record ( will be utilizing company vehicle ) Ability to lift 75 lbs. and be active up to 85% of the work day Shovel snow when required Available to work weekends DESIRED HVAC Certification Experience in the hospitality industry Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the Team Member for this job.
