Spectrum Healthcare Resources has an opportunity for a per diem Maintenance Technician. This position provides building maintenance in support of the Dumfries and Fairfax Family Health Centers . The primary responsibilities will include: Provides or oversees all facility maintenance and repairs. Coordinates and performs maintenance and minor renovations. Ensures building safety at all times. Handles repairs, cleaning, and other general upkeep for the building. General task include, but not limited to, changing light bulbs, putting together appliances, fixing leaky sinks and toilets, and at times, rewire electrical units. Provide oversight to outside contractors performing any type of work in the facility not associated with medical equipment. Maintain basic proficiency in the use of the software system that controls the magnetic door locks in the clinic and be able to perform basic trouble-shooting related to the timing of automatic locking and unlocking of clinic doors. Contact vendor expert help desk support as needed for magnetic door locking troubleshooting. Maintain basic proficiency in the use of the software system that controls the recording and playback of our clinic security cameras. Contact vendor expert help desk support as needed for magnetic door locking troubleshooting. Assist with other duties as needed and assigned. The job qualifications for this position are as follows: A high school diploma or GED equivalent. One year related experience. Familiar with Microsoft Office applications Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Mail.
