This role will be a part of the Site's Leadership Team and lead our Maintenance and Reliability teams, working closely with operating departments to safely execute precision maintenance work and improve equipment reliability, performance, and uptime. What You Will Do Apply Principle Based Management, while working with and through others, to create process efficiencies, increase product quality, and improve our assets. Develop and implement strategies to ensure the facility has effective maintenance execution practices and has the capability to monitor and improve the reliability of equipment. Partner with manufacturing engineers and asset owners to create preventive maintenance plans to ensure optimal equipment performance, reliability, and longevity. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure maintenance effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities. Coach, Mentor, and guide a team of Maintenance Leaders and Reliability Engineers, ensuring their professional development, knowledge and skill building, and adherence to safety standards. Manage the performance of the department, set clear priorities, and align resources to ensure timely, cost-effective completion of maintenance and reliability activities. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineers and Gatekeepers to identify critical assets and determine appropriate maintenance strategies based on reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) principles. Ensure tools and resources are in place to analyze equipment failures, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize equipment performance, minimize downtime, and improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE). Identify and justify capital investments required for equipment upgrades, replacements, or enhancements. Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements in maintenance and reliability. Lead or participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance processes, reduce costs, and increase efficiency. Participate in the meetings with CSC Remote Asset Health Engineers Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Experience working within a manufacturing, industrial or military environment. At least five (5) years' experience working in a maintenance execution or reliability function in an environment that utilizes a formal maintenance work processes and data-driven action planning. Strong knowledge of maintenance methodologies, techniques, and best practices. Familiarity with reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) principles and predictive maintenance technologies. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Analytical mindset and ability to drive data-based decision-making. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments. Proficiency in computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and related software. What Will Put You Ahead Bachelor's degree in engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Proven experience in leading a maintenance execution and/or reliability engineering team within a manufacturing environment. Knowledgeable of both mechanical and electrical maintenance. At least five (5) years of experience working in a converting or high-volume manufacturing environment. Experience initiating and/or executing capital projects. Experience leading Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and maintenance and reliability best practices Experience with SAP
