Responsibilities
• Embrace influential leadership and support Principle-Based Management culture• Utilize SAP for various functions• Act as a primary contact between maintenance department and plant• Ensure work requested is needed and resolved appropriately• Collaborate with supervisors, leaders, engineers, and personnel• Interpret Bills of Materials and instructional manuals• Plan jobs and define clear work instructions• Maintain backlog files of work orders• Verify availability of parts, materials, and tools• Review schedule and labor availability forecasts• Plan and schedule work in coordination with Production Planning and Scheduling• Issue Safe Work Permits and ensure safe work practices• Other responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
• High school diploma or GED• Experience in leading and facilitating meetings• Experience using SAP• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or military environment• Experience within mechanical or electrical maintenance role• Experience evaluating and categorizing loss-time data• Experience using Microsoft Project
