Maintenance Planner

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Planner to join our team in a manufacturing environment. The Maintenance Planner will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing the performance of maintenance activities and objectives to ensure that our production lines are running with maximum efficiency. The successful candidate must have strong knowledge of maintenance management systems (CMMS), KPI metrics, and lean processes.
Position Overview:
Develop and implement the maintenance plan to ensure that all maintenance activities are completed in a safe and timely manner. Develop and maintain preventative maintenance plans, service checklists, and standard operating procedures. Monitor the performance and analyze maintenance activities to identify areas of improvement. Create and track inventory for spare parts and materials used in maintenance. Work closely with the engineering team to ensure that all systems are in working order and that any discrepancies are addressed promptly. Provide technical support to the maintenance team and ensure that all safety protocols are being followed. Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in engineering, industrial maintenance, or related field. 3+ years of experience in a maintenance planning role in a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of CMMS, KPI metrics, and lean processes. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of electrical systems and components is a plus.
