Responsibilities
• Adhering to safety and environmental guidelines• Inspecting and repairing mechanical equipment• Performing preventative maintenance• Helping meet production and quality goals• Utilizing computerized maintenance management software• Reading blueprints and technical drawings• Using light rigging and operating mobile equipment• Troubleshooting and repairing rotating equipment and conveyor systems• Working on hydraulic and pneumatic systems• Performing physically demanding tasks
Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED• 5+ years experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance or equivalent military background• 2+ years of college or vocational training in relevant field• 3+ years of experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or military environment• Mechanical or machining schooling is a plus• Completion of a mechanical apprenticeship program is a plus• Multi-craft capabilities such as welding, pipe fitting, millwright, and lubrication/filtration are a plus
