Poly-West, Inc.is currently seeking a Maintenance Manager to join our Maintenance department. Poly-West, Inc. produces several lines of polyethylene products including high quality trash bags and construction films.
Bachelor's degree in engineering preferred. Five to Ten years experience in a manufacturing / industrial environment required. Three years in leading and directing a staff of maintenance personnel.  Excellent verbal and written communication skills. The aptitude and desire necessary to be a good student of Poly-West, Inc. processes and procedures. Manage a large maintenance staff in a facility operating 24 / 7. Responsible for working with engineering and operations when planning equipment installation and alterations, propose upgrades to existing machinery when needed. Supervise the planning of plant and equipment maintenance and repair. Ensure that all repairs and projects are done in a safe and timely manner. Ability to instruct maintenance personnel in theory and practical applications. Develop technical training and other maintenance practices to help eliminate downtime and improve employee morale.
