Position: Maintenance Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to join our team in Vandalia, OH. As the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of all equipment and facilities in our company. You will play a critical role in ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance program for all equipment and facilities
- Manage and supervise a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and training as needed
- Schedule and prioritize maintenance and repair tasks to minimize downtime and ensure efficient use of resources
- Monitor and maintain inventory of spare parts and supplies
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential issues and address them proactively
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of necessary materials and services
- Manage maintenance budget and track expenses
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
- Develop and implement strategies to improve equipment reliability and reduce maintenance costs
- Coordinate with other departments to schedule maintenance and repairs without disrupting operations
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance activities and prepare reports as needed
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in maintenance management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Knowledge of equipment maintenance and repair techniques
- Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and maintenance management software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours and respond to emergency situations as needed
