Job Summary:
As a Maintenance Manager, you'll be at the helm of a team of skilled professionals spanning various disciplines, including machine shop, tool making, pipefitting, masonry, painting, and electrical. Your role will involve nurturing talent, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, and upholding a safe and orderly work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of skilled workers, assessing staffing needs and delegating tasks effectively.
Ensure meticulous completion of all necessary documentation within specified timelines.
