Responsibilities
• Supervise and ensure proper maintenance of the property and grounds• Safely supervise and direct maintenance staff• Maintain property operating budget• Review and prioritize work orders• Develop schedules and manage make-ready program• Coordinate with vendors and contractors• Secure and care for property equipment and supplies• Implement preventative maintenance plan• Walk property weekly and manage repair process• Be on-call for after-hours emergencies
Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years related experience• Prior experience in Multifamily Community maintenance• Plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and painting skills preferred• Valid Driver's License• EPA or HVAC certification preferred• CPO certification preferred• Successful completion of background check and possessing a valid driver's license
