Your Responsibilities: Craft and execute maintenance strategies that optimize production processes and drive continuous improvement. Oversee the entire maintenance operation, from process lines to facility structure, ensuring seamless functionality. Qualifications: Bring your expertise with a BA/BS and 10+ years of Maintenance Management experience, ideally in a TPM/WCM environment. Certifications in Project Management, Six-sigma, or an MBA/Masters in Project Management are a plus. Show off your leadership chops with 5-10 years of manufacturing leadership experience. Technical prowess in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues is a must-have. PLC Programming skills and proficiency in reading schematics and blueprints are highly valued.
