Responsibilities
• Supervising and ensuring proper maintenance of the property• Safely supervising and directing maintenance staff• Managing property operating budget• Prioritizing and completing work orders in a timely manner• Coordinating make-ready program for the property• Coordinating with vendors and contractors• Securing and caring for property equipment and supplies• Implementing preventative maintenance plan• Identifying maintenance and safety issues• Being on call for after-hours emergencies
Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years of related experience• Prior experience in multifamily community maintenance• Experience in plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and painting preferred• Valid Driver's License• EPA or HVAC certification; CPO certification preferred• Successful completion of a background check and possessing a valid driver's license
