Responsibilities
• Develop and lead a team of Maintenance Technicians• Mentor and train maintenance technicians to increase their knowledge and skill-set• Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up on maintenance issues• Establish and prepare a 24-hour on-call schedule for the team• Available at all times for on-site emergencies• Expert knowledge and troubleshooting in areas such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.
Requirements
• Previous experience in property maintenance, contracting, or construction• EPA Universal Certification• Previous managerial experience• Valid driver's license with good driving record and auto insurance• High school diploma or equivalent• 1-3 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
