Maintenance Manager Assistant

Facility Maintenance subcontractor wanted. The job will be part-time, subcontracted, on call work for a Conifer commercial facility. Work hours with usually be flexible for general maintenance but urgent or emergency calls may require immediate, evening, or weekend assistance. Maintenance supplies and some essential basic maintenance tools are provided, but additional tool will sometimes be needed.

 
Requirements: Reliable Transportation/ truck for occasional hauling  Experience Needed: Plumbing Heating  Electrical Water Systems Landscape Maintenance Minor Construction General building interior and exterior maintenance Pay:
$26.00-40.00 per hour - Negotiated based on qualifications and experience.
