Responsibilities
• Heavy duty cleaning, light grounds care, maintenance of institutional equipment• Keep records of work performed• Coordinate work with other departments• Be on call for emergencies• Perform or direct duties concerned with maintenance• Gardening, landscaping, cleaning-up, snow removal, etc• Not performed under service contract
Requirements
• Maintenance experience preferred, not required• H-VAC experience preferred, not required• High school graduate or graduate of a technical school• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals• Knowledge of local codes and ordinances• Knowledge of safety regulations
