Maintenance Analyst - Black Thunder Mine

OVERALL JOB PURPOSE:The Maintenance Analyst will handle functions to ensure a productive office environment.RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:Sort technician daily time cards; scan, verify and validate timecards utilizing timecard automation software. Collect and enter data off crew reports daily in Workforce. Maintain staffing list, line-up sheets and overtime spreadsheet.Calculate overtime (regular and holiday) needs, post opportunities, prepare overtime schedule weekly or as needed.Coordinate annual vacation scheduling for hourly maintenance employees, ensuring accuracy of information related to vacation eligibility.Prepare/maintain crew and supervisor's manpower calendar with exception time in Excel.Train new employees on maintenance procedures, including time card preparation, call-off procedures, etc.Log vendor hours and vendor comments. Ensure vendor filing is done in a timely manner. Reconcile billing with hours reported. Prepare MSHA daily record logs and other forms, documents, as needed, for superintendents.Prepare/maintain crew schedules and supervisor's calendar.Order office supplies, distribute mail, and provide phone and in-person support for maintenance employees.Data enter statistics from time cards.Assist other department analysts as needed.PRIMARY SKILLS, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:Superior data entry, word processing, e-mail, and spreadsheet skills.Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills, with ability to interact with employees at all levels in a professional and approachable manner.Demonstrated ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.Demonstrated administrative and clerical proficiency.Experience with Ellipse, Word, Excel and Outlook strongly preferred.Willingness to work as a part of a team with behavior that supports this effort.Please complete all section of the application.
