5+ years of application DBA experience in mainframe DB2 with strength in query tuning
Needs someone with strong knowledge/experience - won't just be doing day to day tasks; will be providing recommendations to other DBAs
DB2 DBA Mainframe experience on z/Os - with a focus on performance and DB2 internals
Performance tuning and troubleshooting - knows what to look for, where to go - not timid
Identifying Performance reports
In depth working knowledge of DB2 Utilities
SMF Accounting data experience
Qrep and CDC replication skills
Desired Skills Banking/Financial experience
