As we continue to redefine possibilities, we're seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Account Manager specializing in machine vision technology, specifically focusing on the Transportation & Logistics (T&L) sector.
The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base strategically, managing key accounts, and driving sales growth for our state-of-the-art machine vision products.
If you're a seasoned professional with a proven track record in complex sales environments, possess deep knowledge of machine vision or automation technologies, and thrive on exceeding targets, we want to hear from you.
This remote position may require up to 50% travel within the US, with candidates residing in the central or eastern time zone preferred.
Responsibilities:
Cultivate and enhance relationships with key clients, understanding their evolving needs, and providing strategic solutions using our machine vision products.
Develop and implement tailored sales strategies for high-value accounts, ensuring alignment with overarching company objectives.
Collaborate cross-functionally to navigate complex sales cycles, anticipating challenges, and proactively addressing them.
Create comprehensive account plans outlining long-term objectives and growth strategies.
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the machine vision sector.
Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, driving innovation and maintaining our competitive edge.
Act as the primary executive-level point of contact for key clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and exceeding expectations.
Work closely with technical support and customer service teams to enhance overall customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
5+ years of B2B technical sales experience in machine vision, robotics, and/or automation solutions (please ensure resumes clearly showcase this experience).
Must reside in the US, preferably in the central or eastern time zone, with up to 50% travel expected.
Preferred Qualifications:
Preferential consideration for candidates near Detroit, MI, or Toledo, Ohio.
Experience in vertical markets such as Transportation, Logistics, Distribution, or Warehousing is desired.
Deep understanding of machine vision technologies and their applications.
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Strategic sales approach with a focus on demonstrating value to customers.
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
Consistent track record of achieving sales targets and quotas.

Salary: USD 93,000.00 - USD 139,600.00 annually
Salary offered may vary based on location, skills, knowledge, and experience. Additionally, all roles are eligible for cash incentive programs and other benefits such as healthcare, wellness, continued learning, and development offerings.
