Responsibilities
• Analyze drawings, sketches, design data, and processing information• Create and improve CNC programs and tooling setup sheets• Identify opportunities to improve processes and tools• Write tool sheet instructions• Work with CNC Machinists to optimize machine performance• Work with process engineering and fixture design• Attend all company required trainings and meetings• Complete special projects and other duties as assigned
Requirements
• Mastercam experience required• Blueprint reading and GD&T training preferred• High School Diploma or equivalent• If less than 3 years' experience with Mastercam, Technical Diploma or Associate Degree and/or Journeyman Machinist required• If more than 3 years' experience with Mastercam, no additional education required
