Machine Operators

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure efficient and accurate ammunition manufacturing. Set up and adjust machines according to product specifications. Conduct regular inspections of machinery to identify and address any issues or malfunctions promptly. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain product quality and safety standards. Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance and longevity. Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical issues that may arise during the production process. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure working environment. Record production data and maintain accurate documentation of machine settings and adjustments. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in machine operations. * ** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Proven experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing setting, preferably in ammunition production preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to understand and operate complex machinery. Detail-oriented and able to follow precise instructions and specifications. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry heavy materials as required. Knowledge of safety regulations and the ability to adhere to them consistently.
