Job Title: Machine Operator
Responsibilities: 
Operation computerized, electronic, and mechanical equipment. Manually check product color, measurement, quality for defects. Regularly change cutting blades. Maintain clean and organized workstation. Regularly complete safety checks on tools and machines. Complete quality checks with attention to details. Skills:
Ability to measure accurately to 1/16 th of an inch. Good computer skills. Must be able to communicate and comprehend written and verbal instruction. Strong teamwork and social aptitude. Manage work time and stay on task. Exemplify leadership skills and good decision making. Experience: Familiarity and comfortable using shop tools and equipment in a manufacturing setting is strongly preferred.
Job Hazards: Sharp cutting blades, compressed air.
Work Attire:
Requires wearing common protective equipment at workstations. Must wear closed-toed shoes (no flipflops or sandals). No: Tank tops, suggestive/obscene pictures or writing. Jeans ok. Excellent personal hygiene – Clean and well-groomed. Physical Requirements:

Standing for long periods of time Repetitive movements with bending, twisting, and reaching. Hand-eye coordination to control tools, equipment, and machines. Lifting to 50 lbs. Must be able to see variation in color. Education Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent.
