Kelly Services is working with a large paper converting manufacturer in Green Bay, WI to find experienced Machine Operators! These positions are temp-to-hire and full-time. These are immediate needs!
Pay Rate: $19-$21/hour (depending of level of experience)
*Weekly pay while working through Kelly
Benefits Once Hired On: 80 Hours of Paid Time Off at 90 days
401K - 50% match on your contributions up to 15%

This position does follow a 12 hour 2-2-3 shift that swings from days to nights every 2 weeks. (6:30am-6:30pm, 2-2-3 schedule for 2 weeks, 6:30pm-6:30am, 2-2-3 schedule for 2 weeks)
Job Duties: Support the company's Good Manufacturing Practices and HACCP to promote a safe, sanitary and hygienically sound workplace.
Understand and apply customer specifications to the operation of the machine to ensure finished goods comply with customer requirements.
Program and monitor computerized operating panel. Calculate and determine proper core size, roll diameters, required footage and perforation.
Initiate set up, operations, and adjustments of the rewinder and all down-stream equipment to achieve established production quota.
Program log saw and clamp product in log saw. Determine and verify cut accuracy and adjust as needed.
Perform hourly quality checks to ensure accuracy of production run and the submittal of daily quality reports to QA department.
Monitors and performs product changeovers in conjunction with the Rapid Changeover Technicians (RCO Techs).
Adjust embossing unit and change core chuck as needed.
Ensure regular and open communications with quality, maintenance and supervision.
Demonstrate leadership skills on regular, consistent basis.
Work the 12-hour rotating shift requirement.
Keep work area clean and organized while following the lean initiatives.
Requirements: Must have machine operation experience
High school diploma or GED
Must be 18 years of age or older
Steel toed boots or shoes
Must be able to work well in a team or independently as needed
