Machine Operator - St Shift - M-Th

JOB SUMMARY Our shift is from 7AM to 5:30PM Monday through Thursday with the option for overtime during the week and on Saturdays.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Measure, examine, or test completed units to check for defects and ensure conformance to specifications, using precision instruments, such as micrometers.
- Notifies machine set-up/adjuster if more complex tool or machine adjustments are required.
- Uses simple measurement instruments to check work.
- Performs simple routine maintenance and cleaning.
- Disposes of scrap or waste material in accordance with company policies and environmental regulations.
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
HS diploma or GED required.
Less than 1 year of experience.
Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
