Performs new work types and owns specific work projects.This is a day shift position. M-F 7am-3pmResponsibilities:Applies full knowledge of the functions and mechanical workings of all machines, including ink mixing and color matchingPerforms quality tests per ISO proceduresTroubleshoots and resolves a diverse range of moderately complex problemsPossesses knowledge of all job-related policies and procedures in moderately complex situations with limited supervisionTrains and assists other operators in interpreting and applying job documentsInteracts effectively with internal stakeholders to resolve moderately complex problemsComplies with all required safety practices, and regulationsFollows work order instructions and performs labeling requirements. Performs quality tests per ISO proceduresAdheres to productivity standardsComplies with all required safety practices and use of PPEResolves a variety of problems of moderate complexity by following highly detailed instructions or proceduresReceives direct supervision for routine work, new projects or assignmentsTrains other team members directed by supervisor or leadBuilds productive working relationships internally, generally within immediate department or teamLearns and closely follows established processes and directionsFollow Zebra shared valuesQualifications:Required:High School or equivalent2-4 years experience3+ years of related experience operating any combination of press, converting, and finishing equipment (die cutting, laminating, slitting)Preferred3+ years of narrow web flexo press experienceAbility to follow written and verbal instructionsAble to work effectively with othersEffective communication skills.
