Our company is seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the setup, operation, and maintenance of our heavy machinery, ensuring the production of high-quality products. Responsibilities Setting up and operating production machines in accordance with established procedures and guidelines. Performing necessary pre-operation activities to ensure proper equipment startup. Operating and monitoring multiple pieces of equipment during operation to ensure quality production and minimal unplanned stops. Troubleshooting and performing preventive maintenance on assigned machines. Reading and interpreting blueprints and diagrams to select, position and secure machinery. Inspecting parts to specifications and making adjustments when necessary to complete tasks accurately and timely. Communicating with team members to ensure continuous production of the correct product at high quality levels with minimal wasted time and materials. Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of the work area. Qualifications Knowledge of Production Procedures. Ability to Read Blueprints, Schematics and Manuals. Ability to read depth micrometer and calipers or willingness to learn. Strong Analytical Skills. Attention to Detail. Teamwork. Physical Stamina and Strength. Ability to Handle Heavy Equipment.
