Overview We are seeking a skilled and experienced Machine Operator to join our team for the night shift. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machines including Extrusion Machines, Injection Molding Machines, and Thermoforming equipment. This position requires a high school diploma or GED, as well as previous experience in injection molding and plastic extrusion. If you have a strong background in machine setups, troubleshooting industrial automation equipment, and are looking for a challenging role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities Operate and monitor Extrusion Machines, Injection Molding Machines, and Thermoforming equipment Perform machine setups for production runs Troubleshoot and resolve issues with industrial automation equipment Ensure machines are running efficiently and producing high-quality products Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of machines Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area Collaborate with team members and communicate any issues or concerns Adhere to production schedules and meet production targets Qualifications Experience operating Extrusion Machines and Injection Molding Machines Previous experience in injection molding and plastic extrusion Ability to perform machine setups for production runs Proficient in troubleshooting industrial automation equipment Thermoforming experience is a plus High school diploma or GED Strong attention to detail and quality control Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Excellent problem-solving skills Good communication and teamwork abilities The facility is located in Mooresville, NC, 28115.
