In this role, you'll remove parts from the injection molding machine and prepare parts of packing/labeling. This is a team focused environment that places high value on customer and performance expectations being met. Based out of our Quincy or Corporate Grove facility in Hudsonville, this position reports directly to the team supervisor.
Job Responsibilities Inspect and package finished product to ensure customer requirements are met Following work instructions (both visual and written) Complete necessary paperwork Perform essential functions of the role within safety guidelines Involvement in Safety and Continuous Improvement initiatives Maintain a neat and organized work area by following 5S requirements Skills & Requirements Self directed, takes initiative and possess good time management skills Completion of required production paperwork Ability to work effectively in a team environment Effective communication (reporting on issues and shortages) Attention to detail Proven attendance and quality track record Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of standing and performing repetitive tasks 8+ hours/day Lifting up to 35lbs Limited bending and stooping Ability to use fingers, hands and arms to complete a task and handle product All employees must wear approved safety glasses Starting Wage: $18.15/hour + quarterly bonuses What You'll Bring Qualifications: High school diploma/GED or 3-5 years of solid manufacturing experience Willing and able to work overtime Able to lift 35 lbs Ability to work 2nd (4pm-12am) or 3rd (12am-8am) shift What You'll Get No Sunday work Weekly pay Quarterly bonuses based on profitability Ownership in the company through our ESOP plan (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) Outstanding medical insurance On-site wellness facility available 24 hours a day
