Machine Operator

Machine Operator SmartTalent is hiring for a Food Production company in Redmond. These are Temp to Hire Machine Operating positions that offer full time hours. Ideal candidate will have be motivated to work full time and be able to work in a Production environment.
PAY: $21- $22/HR DOE
LOCATION: Redmond, WA
SCHEDULE:
Day - Monday - Thursday Start Time Between 4am - 6am - 4 x 10 hour shifts
Swing – Monday – Thursday 3pm - 2am

Job Details: • Operate and monitor seafood processing machinery to ensure smooth and efficient production.
• Set up machines according to product specifications and ensure proper calibration.
• Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize disruptions in production.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet daily production goals and quality standards.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment.
• Document and report any issues or deviations in machine performance.
• Assist in training new operators and provide support to team members as needed.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications: • Entry Level Position - Previous food production or machine operation experience a plus
