Must be able to look at mechanical operations of a machine and understand the cause and effects of parts and operation with the ability to diagnose problems.Machinery maintenance know-how and able to learn easily.Able to diagnose and solve problems independently.Organized, pays attention to details, quality driven.Able to adapt to different working environments.Works well independently and with others.Good communication skills. Promotes a positive work environment through setting an example with willing cooperation and mutual respect amongst teammates.Possess strong initiative to solve issues and keep all machines on the shift running properly.Ability to work in a fast-paced and stressful environmentApplicant may be subject to a background check*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
