Forklift Operator – Experience required with sit-down forklifts.Primarily responsible for loading, unloading, stacking, and putaway of steel for roll machines. Movement of pallet quantities based on production schedule).Movement of empty racks or completed racks away from production lines as necessary. Machine Operator/Forklift Qualifications: Submits production log at end of each production batch with steel usage information.Mechanical background or experience a huge plus, experience operating industrial manufacturing equipment a plus, experience with tool change or machine changeover Movement up and down from lift required while loading steel onto roll machines.Use of an overhead hoist and chain to assist in loading steel onto roll machines.Reading of production schedule in order to check required material for delivery to production lines.Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
