Machine Operator- Feeder Bar

General Information Mentor, OH $19-$24/hour based on previous experience. 2 nd shift 3p 11pm, Monday Saturday 3 rd shift 11pm 7 am, Sunday - Friday Temp to Hire opportunity with the company. Duties/Responsibilities Install the tooling for setup. Ensure tooling is put in the proper place per the setup sheets. Adjust the machine to make good pieces. Have QC check the parts to ensure the setup is making good pieces. Load machine Tumble parts for burrs and eliminating chips. Adjust machine as required to keep parts in tolerance. Change tooling as needed. Maintain the machine in good working order. Take finished skids to QC. Skills/Qualifications Must have previous metal cutting or machining setup experience. Able to read blueprints and standard measuring devices (calipers, micrometers, pitch micrometers, hardness testers, thread gages, comparators, and other gages as needed). Must be able to stand duration of shift and lift up to 50 lbs. Must have own tools. Will be subject to pre-employment screening.
