We are seeking an experienced Machine Operator Fastener to join our team. This position requires the ability to read and interpret complex fastener blueprints, and an understanding of related fastener design. The successful candidate will have a strong background in structural steel, waterworks, aerospace, industrial, and manufacturing, and the ability to work with a variety of fasteners, such as B7 studs, structural bolts, and headed bolts, as well as bracing hardware.
The Machine Operator Fastener will be responsible for setting up and operating machine tools, confirming dimensions of finished pieces, as well as inspecting parts for surface defects and operating the machine to correct any defects. The Machine Operator Fastener will also need to maintain an organized work area, and apply safe work habits while abiding by all safety protocols.

The successful candidate must have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
