We are seeking a part or full time independent , self-motivated, and compassionate Occupational Therapist with experience or interest in Lymphedema therapy. The Therapist will be working with a wonderful team of experienced and passionate lymphedema therapists who are focused on treating complicated lymphedema/ edema issues.
The outpatient therapy clinic has private treatments rooms for each therapist within a MultiCare comprehensive cancer center. Our team has a strong referral base and coordinates care with other facilities such as SCCA, Virginia Mason and Fred Hutch. 

FTE: 1.0, Shift: Day, Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8:00am-5:00pm
Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) preferred Position Summary
The Occupational Therapist is an exciting opportunity at MultiCare, responsible for evaluating, planning and implementing occupational therapy services for in-patients and outpatients referred for Occupational Therapy. With varied and dynamic day-to-day functions, you will apply your service orientation, analysis and good judgment toward ensuring comprehensive occupational therapy care for patients.
Responsibilities You will perform well in stress and emergency situations You will perform patient evaluations/re-evaluations, establish a treatment plan, and modify the treatment plan according to the needs of the patient and response to treatment You will perform treatment interventions for outpatient and/or inpatient population as directed You will perform documentation in the medical record that is timely and accurate You will communicate well with patients, peers, other health professionals in the coordination of care for the patients Requirements ?State of Washington Occupational Therapist license Minimum one (1) year of previous experience in occupational therapy preferred Our Values As a MultiCare employee, we'll rely on you to reflect our core values of Respect, Integrity, Stewardship, Excellence, Collaboration and Kindness. MultiCare provides a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, MultiCare shares a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The starting pay for this position is $40.48 and the pay scale is $40.48 - $56.67 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant's years of experience align.
