We are seeking a skilled bartender to join our team at an established BBQ restaurant. As a bartender, you will be an essential part of our front-of-house staff, responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and delivering exceptional service to our guests.As a leader in the company you are responsible for maintaining the written cultural expectations of Luella's and reinforcing this culture through example, and a personality of positive energy and fun every day. RESPONSIBILITIES Maintains business appearance in an exemplary fashion Maintains a culture of constant ongoing training and continuous improvement Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including classic and specialty cocktails, beer, and wine Maintain a deep knowledge of our beverage menu, including information about North Carolina craft beers and spirits Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization behind the bar Collaborate with the serving staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently Monitor bar inventory, alerting management as needed Adhere to all relevant food safety and alcohol service regulations QUALIFICATIONS The ideal candidate will possess at least 90% of the following:
