We are hiring for part-time and full-time servers at our North Asheville location. Hours may fluctuate based on the needs of the business.

Luella's offers counter service, however, the server also assists with making recommendations, suggesting food pairings and spending the whole duration of the meal with guests.
Prepares the tables, making sure condiments are refilled and performing all other preparation tasks Stays updated on current menu choices and specials Suggests dishes, assists in drink selection, informs customers about food preparation details, and communicates specific customer needs to the cooks Maintains proper dining experience, delivers food and drink items, fulfills customer needs, offers desserts and drinks, removes courses, replenishes utensils and refills glasses Prepares mixed drinks Obtains revenues, issues receipts, accepts payments, and returns customer change Performs basic cleaning tasks as needed or directed by MOD Fills in for absent staff as needed Assists with special events as needed Greet all guests and owners warmly and with an appropriate greeting Adheres to grooming and appearance standards consistently Understands and clearly communicates products and services available at the restaurant Must have some familiarity with basic cooking skills Other duties as assigned REQUIREMENTS The ideal candidate will possess at least 90% of the following:
