Responsibilities
• Assume responsibility and accountability for assigned core programs• Follow all center infection control and safety measures• Make frequent rounds to ensure nursing staff are following their assigned duties• Ensure nursing stations are well organized, cleaned, and stocked appropriately• Participate in development and implementation of resident specific care plans• Perform any other tasks as directed by the DON
Requirements
• Current RN or LPN license without any enforcement action against it• Minimum one year in a supervisory role in a Skilled Nursing Setting preferred• Passing a background check is required
