• Licensed Practical Nurse from Accredited School in compliance with regulations of the state.
• Current CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications Job Responsibilities:
1. Provides nursing care following established nursing service objectives and standards
2. Ensures that all safety and infection control practices are followed
3. Distributes and documents medications (including narcotics) according to established standards
and regulations
4. Responds to emergency situations
5. Ensures that required documentation is complete and is in compliance with regulations and
standards
6. Com municates with patients and families regarding treatment and care
7. Attends all staff meetings, trainings, and educational classes as required
8. Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem - solving skills, including the ability to
maintain composure under stress
• Strong organization skills, able to multi - task, and can manage time to meet frequently
changing deadlines in a fast - paced environment
• Proficient computer and internet skills
• Able to work a flexible schedule, which may include working days, evenings, weekends, and
h olidays
• Problem solving skills
