**Job description:**
Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) work alongside an interdisciplinary team to provide whole-person quality care to patients in need. Nurses are empowered by our shared governance model that includes nursing staff in the process of creating practice standards and expectations.

**Required qualifications:**
+ Complete necessary education to attain LPN LVN Licensure in state of WA
+ Washington Licensed Practical Nurse License upon hire
+ National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
**Preferred qualification:**
+ 1 year Hospice, Homecare, Long term Care, medical/surgical, and/or oncology experience. experience
+ 3 years Nursing experience

**About the Team**
Providence Home and Community Care (HCC) is a service line within Providence with over 8,000 caregivers and 2,000 volunteers serving nearly 200,000 people a year, in their homes, in clinics and in a variety of congregate living ministries across our seven-state footprint.
HCC provides a full range of services and support for people of all ages, especially those facing chronic or life-limiting illnesses.
