We do direct deposit each Friday or every day! We know some agencies have annoying kinks with payroll. WE DO NOT. You have access to every single one of your paychecks, and a breakdown of all of your work for the week. Every week.Let's talk about pay. The average caregiver only gets paid $12/hr (while some make much less). We don't think that's enough. We start our caregivers around $15+Have kids? Maybe a second job? Super busy? WE GET THAT TOO! We have top-of-the-line officer schedulers that work with you and YOUR schedule to get the best client-caregiver match. If you aren't happy, we will keep working until you are satisfied with your schedule. That's a guarantee. You will have a flexible AND consistent schedule!Have previous jobs been super unresponsive?
