Responsibilities
• Progress workforce hiring for the logistics organization• Provide leadership and direction to employees• Manage employee performance and skill development• Support cross-functional project planning activities• Support inventory control, analysis, and classification• Support materials and inventory audits• Support a responsive and adaptive culture• Support functional provision to shipping/receiving and material kitting departments• Support development of plan for every part• Plan, schedule, and manage the efficient movement of material
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with specialized knowledge• Minimum of 2 years prior relevant experience• U.S. citizenship is required• Willingness to occasionally travel for training• Degree in business, management, supply chain, or related field preferred• Previous experience as a warehouse supervisor• Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations and management• Preferred lean management knowledge• Time management skills and the ability to delegate• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
